Sitting under a ton of snow I started organizing my hard drive and came across some whimsical insects I'd done. I thought I'd color them in pastels and put them on some products. This one is Sonny the Caterpillar and I just added him to our Zazzle store. Come and visit.

IF: Pattern

I did a different version of this for a greeting card but thought this would work for Illustration Friday's theme "pattern."
Originally I wanted to create a Zentangle but I'm nowhere near finished. So many projects too little time (sigh). I've also been playing around with digital patterns and textures lately to give the designs depth and to add a bit of fun to them. I think I'd like to do more of this type.
